Not necessarily. You can play the game without internet. You only need internet to download games.
Do I need to install games separately?+

Is Milo Play safe for kids?+
Milo Play is designed for active play, with games intended for children aged 4–12.
Does Milo Play record my child?+
No. The camera is used to detect movement for gameplay; camera images and videos are not uploaded.
When is the camera active?+
The camera is used only when a game needs motion tracking. Turning off Milo Play also stops the camera.
Are camera images stored?+
No. Milo Play processes the movement needed for gameplay without uploading camera footage.
Can parents turn Milo Play off?+
Yes. Milo Play can be turned off whenever playtime is over.
Remote & Controls +
Does Milo Play come with a remote?+
Yes. The remote is used for basic console navigation and control.
Do kids use the remote while playing?+
All gameplay is controlled through body movement, so kids don't need to hold a controller.
What does the remote control?+
The remote can be used to navigate menus, select games and perform basic controls.
What if the remote isn't responding?+
Check the batteries and make sure the remote light blinks when the keys is pressed.

Milo Play isn't turning on. What should I do?+
Check that the power cable is securely connected and that the power source is switched on.
My TV isn't showing Milo Play.+
Check the HDMI connection and make sure your TV is set to the correct HDMI input.
The game is not detecting the player. What should I do ?+
Make sure the player is standing in front of the camera, the room has enough light and the Milo Play device is placed at the correct height.
The movement feels inaccurate. How can I fix it ?+
Check that the full body is visible and there is no back light in the room.
I'm still having trouble. What should I do?+
