Milo Play provides a 1-year limited hardware warranty for Milo Play motion-tracking gaming consoles purchased in India through Milo Play or an authorised seller.
This Warranty Policy explains what is covered, what is not covered, and how to request warranty service.
Nothing in this Warranty Policy is intended to exclude or limit any consumer rights or remedies available under applicable Indian law.
1. Warranty Period
Milo Play warrants that the Milo Play hardware will be free from defects in materials and workmanship under normal intended use for a period of:
1 year from the date of delivery
The warranty applies to the original purchaser and is valid for products purchased in India through Milo Play or an authorised seller.
Warranty Start Date: The warranty begins on the date the product is delivered to the customer, unless otherwise required by applicable law.
2. What Is Covered
During the warranty period, Milo Play will, at its discretion and subject to applicable law, repair or replace the affected hardware where a verified manufacturing defect is found.
The hardware warranty may cover defects affecting:

-

3. Camera and Motion Tracking Warranty
Because Milo Play is a motion-tracking gaming console, the camera and associated hardware are important components of the product.
The warranty covers hardware defects that prevent the camera from functioning as intended under normal operating conditions.
Examples may include:
-
camera failure;
-
camera not being detected by the Device;
-
hardware connection failure;
-
abnormal image output caused by a hardware defect; or
-
other verified camera hardware failures.
Motion-tracking performance may vary depending on the environment.
The following factors do not necessarily indicate a hardware defect:
-
insufficient lighting;
-
unsuitable camera placement;
-
excessive distance from the Device;
-
objects blocking the camera;
-
unsuitable play area;
-
multiple people entering the tracking area;
-
movement outside the supported tracking range; or
-
game-specific tracking limitations.
Milo Play may request that customers complete reasonable troubleshooting steps before approving a warranty claim.
4. Software Issues
This Warranty Policy primarily covers hardware defects.
Software bugs, game issues, operating-system issues or connectivity problems may be addressed through:
-
software updates;
-
patches;
-
configuration changes;
-
troubleshooting;
-
replacement digital content; or
-
technical support.
A software issue does not automatically constitute a hardware defect.
Where a software issue materially prevents the Device from functioning as represented and cannot reasonably be resolved through software support, Milo Play will assess the appropriate remedy in accordance with applicable law.

-
gradual deterioration of external materials;
